I have undergone my own transformation, healing, and empowerment by teaching and healing myself.

Traditional therapy did not work for me. I tried five times. At 22, I was homeless, pregnant, broke, and drowning in anxiety.

At 27, I was a mom of two, trapped in toxic patterns that mirrored my childhood wounds.

I was raised by a narcissistic, alcoholic father and lost my mom at age 3. My pain followed me into every relationship until one day, it all caught up with me. After a breakdown in a grocery store parking lot, I knew I couldn’t keep living like this.

I devoted myself to healing, studying psychology at DePaul University, becoming a certified Life & Business Coach, reading hundreds of books, creating worksheets, journal prompts, and workbooks, and spending over 20 years guiding thousands of men and women through the exact process that changed my life.
