Lessons: Learning about your deepest wounds-learn about your needs vs. voids, The Power Struggle & how to stop it, finding who you are attracted to and why, & The Drama Triangle. How do the players work, which is your habitual role, and how to break free. 

Module 2: Reclaim Yourself & Freedom

Lessons: Boundless boundaries, asserting the right to love yourself. You will learn how to speak up for yourself assertively. No more people-pleasing. Tools to tackle anxiety: We will release codependent guilt and prioritize what you value.

Module 3: Love Yourself & Love Your Life

Lessons: The Self's: care, compassion, confidence, and worth. Learn how to make affirmations work for you. Honoring yourself and finding meaning and purpose in your suffering and life. 

Each lesson will contain written content, either an audio or video of me teaching about the lesson, journal prompts, worksheets, or PDF workbooks. 

What you Will need

A journal. Make sure you love it; a lot of growth, healing, and change will take place in your words. You will love and cherish the time you spent in there and look back years later and think, "Wow, I can't believe how grateful I am for my journey."

An open mind, loving heart, and grateful soul.
